Air Pollution is Real but so are Air Purifiers

There are not too many places left in this earth where the air blows fresh and free. Pollution has made its impact on a global note and continues to do so with a vengeful hatred that edges quite close to the sadistic edge. Therefore, people and nature alike are suffering from the ill-effects of air pollution all over the world.

The society of human beings is a complicated one with a multitude of complexities having taken place – for that matter, there may be one or more complexity taking place right now. However, this barrage of complications is not strictly destructive in nature when compared to a similar complication taking place in the air that is inhaled every single day. Air pollution had led to the overall ambience becoming into a diverse pit of absolutely poisonous proportions.

Therefore, all countries of the world are not safe from the nemesis of air pollution. From the United States of America to India, each and every country today is facing the scourge of air pollution today. Further, the presence of man-made resources that encourage air pollution has made the matter even worse. For example, a lion’s share of rural Indian households use solid fuel for cooking within enclosed surroundings. Therefore, the poisonous gases that are given off from the burning fuel do not have a path to escape in the air outside and instead indoors instead – as a result the air within four walls gets polluted.

There are many different types of air pollution making lives of people miserable in the world today. One of those types is technically known as Indoor Air Pollution (IAP). In layman terms, it means the pollution within the air indoors getting polluted.

Although, there are many different ways for tackling IAP; the best way these days is the usage of a device known as an air purifier. It works by sieving the air out of pollutants and is known to do so at a removal rate of 99.97 per cent.

The world today has a large number of companies that are involved in the business of making and selling air purifiers. However, companies like Blueair (www.blueair.in; 011 4606 7140) have gone a step ahead by incorporating the need for combating air pollution into their CSR endeavors.

Vijay Kannan, the chief of Blueair India can attest to this fact owing to the presence of the Clean Air India Movement (CLAIM). It is an awareness campaign that has been started by Blueair in India, initially in Gurgaon. Today, however, the campaign is witnessing a pan-Indian awareness.  The future for mankind is certainly a uncertain one; however, the same can’t be said for the future of air pollution – its days are numbered because there are the wonderful air purifiers of Blueair as their death knells.

Happiness: An Ode to Health and Wellbeing

It you have a healthy body and mind then happiness will follow. All the three elements are interlinked to each other.

Human beings live longer and have a heightened sense of wellbeing. This sense of wellbeing is greatly influenced by having an optimistic outlook towards life. Further, the word ‘wellbeing’ is relative in nature. First, it might depend from person to person. Second, natural wellbeing takes into account both mental and physical health – both are required to keep us happy. Long story short, health, happiness and well-being are actually interconnected.

There is, however, more to health than just this interconnectivity. Health, first and foremost, is not just the absence of disease. Actually, it is something that allows people to cope with the environment in which they are living so that they can live a productive as well as a fruitful life.

At the end of the day, ensuring good mental and physical health will ultimately improve wellbeing and overall health. Both will provide a sense of content that in turn will increase the secretion of Serotonin – the hormone which regulates mood, prevents depression and makes a person happy.

There are many problems that are actually robing away the state of wellbeing from mankind – a major one is air pollution. Currently, it is increasing at an alarming rate. This increase has a negative impact on health due to being largely responsible for respiratory diseases like asthma and lung cancer.

The pulmonary diseases are often being a cause of concern and this in turn is he feels causing stress and anxiety among humans.
